Out-of-Network Insurance

If your insurance is not listed, please don't hesitate to contact us! Our current self-pay rates are as follows:

• $275 for a new psychiatric evaluation and medication management

• $200 for a follow-up appointment with medication management

We’re here to help and can discuss flexible options if needed.

Medicare/Medicaid Plans: We do not currently accept Medicare or Medicaid, including plans under UnitedHealthcare Community Plan and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
